The logistics complex at Třebušická 5, 434 01 Most - Komořany is in an industrial zone near the city of Most, in the northwestern part of the Czech Republic. The site is strategically located with good access to major transportation arteries, ensuring efficient connections to important logistics routes in the region and beyond.
Distance from important motorways:
The D7 motorway (Prague - Chomutov) runs 18 kilometers from the complex. This highway connects northwestern Bohemia with Prague, providing a quick connection to the capital city and other major industrial areas in the region.
The D8 motorway (Prague – Dresden) runs about 35 kilometres east of the site. This motorway is a key international route that connects the Czech Republic with Germany, making it ideal for logistics with an international reach.
The I/13 highway, running right next to the complex, connects important cities in the Ústí nad Labem Region, such as Teplice, Chomutov and Děčín. This road is an important regional transport hub for logistics.
Thanks to the proximity of these motorways and main roads, the logistics facility in Komořany has excellent transport links to the Czech and international transport network, making it an ideal location for warehousing, distribution and other logistics operations.
